Cherry Krispie Treats with Chocolate

(We needed to make 140 rice crispiest, so we multiplied this recipe that is for 24 rice crispiest to make a lot more.)

Ingredients

- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1 and a 1/2 Tbsp of cherry gelatin powder
- 16 oz marshmallows ( normal size)

- 8 cup Rice Krispies
- 11 oz of dark chocolate, (melted)

Instructions
1. In large saucepan, melt butter with gelatin powder and marshmallows on low heat. 

2. Stir constantly until marshmallows are completely melted and smooth.Fold in rice krispies cereal.

3. Press mixture into a buttered baking sheet. 

4. Frost treats with melted dark chocolate. Allow to set, about one hour. 

5. Cut into squares and enjoy!
